1. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Ensure proper monitoring of classes within your assigned UPPSC batch.
• Coordinate with teachers and other coordinators to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Interact with students through multiple communication channels to provide assistance and support.
• Handle student doubts and queries promptly and efficiently through phone calls and emails.
• Create a well-structured timetable for the classes within your batch.
• Upload test series and answer writing materials for the batch to facilitate practice and assessment.

2. Qualifications:

• Must have appeared in at least two mains exams of UPPSC, demonstrating a strong understanding of the exam process and requirements.

3. Key Skills Required:

• Possess proper knowledge of the UPPSC exam related to your assigned batch.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• Have a basic understanding of MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Display a good knowledge of current affairs, as it is essential to remain updated with current trend of exams.
